For the past twenty-five years, Two Trees has worked hard to make DUMBO an exciting destination neighborhood. We understand that our
community needs opportunities to live, work, play and learn in order to continue to thrive. That's why we are pleased to present a new proposal for our
last undeveloped parcel in DUMBO, nearly an acre, bounded by Water Street, Dock Street and Front Street. Our plan includes a first-class middle school,
affordable rental housing, ground floor neighborhood retail, plentiful off-street parking and an architectural design that fits within the context of the
surrounding neighborhood and is environmentally responsible.

6.15.2009: Dear Friends and Supporters of Dock Street Dumbo:
As you may know by now, last week the New York City Council voted overwhelmingly to approve our Dock Street Dumbo project, paving the way for the
community to secure a new public middle school and the neighborhood's first-ever affordable housing. We are honored that the Dock Street plan earned
such a strong vote of confidence and, on behalf of everyone at Two Trees Management, I want to say thank you for all your help in making this success
possible.
The coalition that came together in support of this project truly was inspiring. Thanks to your efforts, we built a diverse partnership of parents,
elected officials, civic leaders, tenant groups, business owners, labor unions, environmental advocates, clergy and residents who made sure that Dock
Street Dumbo would fulfill its promise as a thoughtful addition to the Downtown Brooklyn community. We could not have done it without your assistance.
As we now begin the work to transform our approved plans into a concrete reality, please be assured that we will keep you updated on our progress and
our efforts to provide the community with the respectful, contextual, first-class building that this special neighborhood deserves.
